It serves as a platform for individuals with shared values and aspirations to unite for a common cause, fostering growth in every conceivable aspect – personal, professional, and emotional. Rotaract unites individuals in the age group of 18 to 30, offering a space to exchange ideas, cultivate leadership and professional skills, and enjoy the rewards of service.

The Leo Club established at APS College of Engineering embodies the mission of empowering Lions clubs’, volunteers, and partners to enhance the health and well-being of communities, strengthen social bonds, and provide assistance to those in need through humanitarian services and impactful grants that have a global reach. Additionally, the Leo Club fosters an environment of peace and international understanding. The acronym "LEO" stands for "Leadership Experience Opportunity," reflecting the commitment of Leos to collaborate with local leaders and organizations. They actively engage in identifying the distinctive requirements of their communities and neighbouring areas, strategizing and executing service projects that effectively address these needs
